Special casual leave for LC polls on Mar 17

Hyderabad, Mar 14 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government has directed the state authorities to grant a day's special casual leave to their employees who were registered voters in Teachers and Graduates Constituencies to enable them to exercise franchise in the State Legisaltive Council on March 17.

Keeping in view of the suggestion of the Election Commission, the goverrnment had taken the decision to sanction special causal leave, according to an official release here today.
