IndiGo starts daily services from Delhi to Mumbai
New Delhi, Mar 14: Low-cost airline IndiGo today started operatingits eighth brand-new Airbus A320 with daily non-stop services onDelhi-Mumbai and Delhi-Chennai sectors.
It will improve connectivity between Delhi and Mumbai byintroducing second non-stop service from March 26. IndiGo will also usethis new aircraft to connect Jaipur to Guwahati via Kolkata.
The airline now offers non-stop services from Delhi to Mumbai,Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Pune, Vadodaraand Jaipur.
It operates 52 daily flights and flies to 13 destinations. IndiGoplans to serve 30 Indian cities by 2010 with a fleet of 40 A320s.
