ZF Steering Gear declares interim dividend

Mumbai, Mar 13: ZF Steering Gear India Ltd has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors has decided to declare an interim dividend of Rs 8 per equity share (80 per cent) for the financial year 2006-07 to the Equity Shareholders holding shares on March 21, 2007.

It was decided in a meeting held today.
