Woman dies in a road mishap

Kohima, Mar 13 (UNI) A woman died and her husband was seriously injured in an accident at Kiruphema near hear yesterday.

According to police mishap occured when the jeep, in which the couple was traveling, turned turtle into a 200 ft deep gorge on National Highway 39 on Kiruphema.

Police said the vehicle was on his way towards Kohima.

The woman died on the spot, while, her husband was rushed to a nearby hospital here.
