TN minister inaugurates updated CMDA website in city

Chennai, Mar 12 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Information and Publicity Minister Parithi Izhamvazhuthi here today inaugurated the updated Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority(CMDA) website, originally launched in 2001.

A Government release said here the website required total upgradation and improvement for easy access by the general public.

The layout of the website and contents were revised, including latest developments, additional features, provision for periodical upgradation, among others.

The website had been designed as user-friendly. Tamil version of the site will be ready in less than a month and it was also uploaded.

CMDA would solicit responses from public about the format, content and operation of the site. It would help CMDA to rectify its shortcomings, if any, and made user-friendly meeting the requirements of public, the release added.
