Sonata launches 'SonnetITeS' targeted at ITeS industry

Bangalore, Mar 13 (UNI) City-based Sonata Software today announced the launch of SonnetITeS, a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 that allows companies to enhance customer service and improve sales and marketing process.

Targeted at the Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies, this vertical framework had been custom-made to suit the requirements of the ITeS industry and was highly configurable to accommodate specific business and workflow requirements. Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrated easily with Microsoft core products such as SQL Server 2005, Office 2007, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2007 to simplify processes across the entire organisation, the release said.
