JSW Steel declares interim dividend at 12.50 pc

Mumbai, Mar 13: JSW Steel Ltd today informed BSE that its Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12.50 (125 per cent) per fully paid up Equity share of Rs 10/- each, on the fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of the company, arrived at after including the Equity Shares to be allotted up to the Record Date (March 21, 2007), pursuant to the exercise of option attached to Equity Warrants.

The decision was taken in a meeting of the Board of Directors held today.
