Doctor charred to death

Aizawl, March 13 (UNI) A man was charred to death at his Central Training Institute (CTI) quarters in Sesawng village, about 10 Km near here, yesterday.

Police today said 32-year-old Gilbert Lalrinliana, a doctor by proffession, died after a fire broke out following a short circuit.

However, a few sources known have alleged that the deceased had committed suicide.

Police said an investigation is on to ascertain the cause of the death.
