Brakes Auto to pump in Rs 100cr for HMV, LMV parts

New Delhi, Mar 13 (UNI) Brakes Auto India Ltd will invest Rs 100 crore in its new venture in Chennai and Kolkata to manufacture heavy vehicle and light vehicle parts.

The company's Managing Director S Suresh Sharma said Brakes Auto will manufacture automobile, locomotive, aerospace and maritime components at the new facilities.

''The company also plans to manufacture specific items used in defence mechanism and locomotives, wagons and engine parts,'' he said in a statement.
