NDTV in pact with Com Ventures to invest $ 20mln in UK arm

New Delhi, Mar 12 (UNI) New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has signed an agreement with Com Ventures VI for investing 20 million dollars in its UK-based subsidiary.

The investment will be made in its wholly-owned arm, NDTV Networks Plc UK, a statement said.

NDTV group's new business initiatives worldwide comprises entertainment, lifestyle, convergence, outsourcing, new channels planned in different countries and software or technology development.
