Heavy snowfall in higher ranges of Uttarakhand

Dehradun, Mar 12 (UNI) Heavy snowfall occurred in the higher ranges of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, Yamunotri and Chamoli in Uttarakhand today.

Director, Weather Department, Anand Sharma said the change in weather has been caused due to western disturbances.

The weather was likely to remain gloomy for two to three days, he said.
