Constable killed in shootout by IRB constable

Chandigarh, Mar 12 (UNI) A constable of IRB Punjab allegedly shot dead another constable at the ministerial complex of Punjab in Sector 39 Chandigarh tonight.

IRB Constable Bagha Singh allegedly opened fire from his service rifle at another constable Ranbir Singh, killing him on the spot.

The alleged accused escaped after committing the crime. Police have launched a manhunt to nab him.

Police was ascertaining the cause of crime.
