After 'kullarh', Lalu demonstrates utility of 'chullu'

New Delhi, Mar 12 (UNI) By talking things 'desi' Railway Minister Lalu Prasad can face any situation unfazed, and much to the delight of his most hardest critics.

During the discussion on the Railway Budget in the Rajya Sabha today, the Railway Minister listened to Samajwadi Party Member Ran Narain Sahu complaint about water bottle and glasses not supplied sometimes even in AC first coaches.

As the Member's tone grew serious and bitter, the Railway Minister said personally he would not have felt handicapped without a glass as he would have taken recourse to the desi mode of drinking water by taking it in 'chullu'(folding palms into cup to drink water).

The Minister practically demonstrated the way to the complaining Member rising up in his seat, much to the delight of the whole House.

He, however, later asked the Member to name the train, date of travel and the number of the coach so that he could take action.
