RSS plan year-long commemoration of 1857

Lucknow, Mar 10 (UNI) Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today announced year-long celebrations to commemorate 150 years of the first war of independence of 1857.

The Sangh would invite all the Hindu organisations to partake in the various functions.

Briefing newspersons here this evening, RSS media convenor Adheesh Kumar said various programmes and events would be organised to this end.
