Nehru Planetarium to organise 2-day conference

Mumbai, Mar 10 (UNI) Nehru Planetarium will organise a two-day conference of the directors and professionals of Indian Planetariums on March 19 and 20, following completion of 30 years of its existence on March 3.

The conference with a theme 'Planetarium through ages - Vision 2027' will be attended by directors and professionals of all the major planetariums in the country including Piyush Pandey, Director Nehru Planetarium, Mumbai.

The inaugural address would be given by Prof Govind Swarup, who would be speaking on 'Radio-waves and the Universe, from Big Bang to Black Holes', a statement issued here said.
