Unitech to invest $ 500mln in residential project

New Delhi, Mar 8 (UNI) Unitech Ltd, a real estate and infrastructure developer, today launched a premier project 'Uniworld City' with with an investment of over 500 million dollars at Greater Noida.

Spreading over 100 acres of land, it will offer over 80 per cent greens, besides offering the best of amenities.

''Uniworld City is amongst Unitech's premier projects, which will re-define the paradigms of residential development in the country.

''We are proud to introduce Uniworld City -- which, we hope, would continue to set new standards in luxury and style and would give an opportunity to many more to experience this world class living and the best amenities, the township offers,'' Unitech Ltd Managing Director Sanjay Chandra said.

Blending the best in style and luxury, each apartment unit at 'Uniworld City' would have the 'best-in-class' features, including a modular kitchen and a refrigerator, oven, hob and chimney, imported marble and laminated wood flooring and seasoned hardwood doors, a company statement said.

Unitech, set up in 1972, is the largest listed real estate company in India with a market capitalisation of about 6.5 billion dollars.
