Haryana BJP chief denies Bishnoi, Bhajan joining party

Karnal, Mar 8 (UNI) Haryana BJP chief A P Manchanda today denied reports that suspended Congress MP Kuldeep Bishnoi and his father Bhajan Lal, a former chief minister, were joining the BJP.

''There is no possibility of the two joining the saffron brigade in the near future,'' he said while talking to mediapersons here.

''However the doors of our party were open for all,'' he added.

He termed the suspension of Mr Bishnoi as an internal matter of the Congress that brought the bickering in the Haryana unit of the party to the fore.

He claimed that about 2000 activists of different political parties would join the BJP at a special sammelan at Jind on March 18.
