Fast Track Court frames charges in Papiya murder case

Patna Mar 8 (UNI) A Fast Track Court today framed charges against five criminals, accused of killing noted professor Papiya Ghosh and her maid.

The court of Omprakash framed the charges under IPC 396 and 412.

Some criminals had entered the residence of Ms Ghosh on December 2, 2000 with the motive of committing dacoity. The criminals stabbed Ms Ghosh and her maid following resistance from them.
