Budget session of Haryana assembly begins tomorrow
Chandigarh, Mar 8 (UNI) As many as eleven new bills will be moved in the Haryana assembly during its budget session which will commence tomorrow.
As per the tentative programme, the budget will be presented in the assembly on March 16, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Randeep Surjewala told reporters here today.
The bills to be moved in the house during the session would include the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund (Haryana Amendment) Bill, the Haryana Police Bill, the Society Registeration (Haryana amendment) Bill, the Punjab Village Common Lands Regulation (Haryana amendment) Bill, the Haryana Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Bill, the Haryana Municipal (Amendment) Bill, the Haryana Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Bill and the Haryana Local Area Development Tax (Amendment) Bill.
The other bills listed for the session were the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Amendment) Bill, the Punjab Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays and Casual and Sick Leave) Haryana Amendment Bill and the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Amendment) Bill.
The session will conclude on March 23.
