Veteran journalist Lachchiram Chaudhary passes away

Mumbai, Mar 7 (UNI) Veteran journalist Lachchiram Ramjivan Chaudhary, who had stint with 'Madhuri' and 'Navbharat Times', passed away here this morning following a heart attack due to kidney failure.

According to the family sources, he was 69 and is survived by his wife and daughter.

Chaudhary started his career with Madhuri in 1965 and after a brief stint with Filmfare (Hindi), he joined Navbharat Times and retired in 1997.

His funeral will be held tomorrow.
