Employee of PWD commits suicide

Puducherry, Mar 7 (UNI) An employee of the Public Works Department (PWD) today allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in his residence at Nettapakkam.

According to police, the employee Arumugham working with the PWD office at Thatanchavady hanged himself by using his dhoti following a quarrel with his wife last evening.

A case has been registered and investigation was underway.
