Chandigarh to partake in Tourism fair at Berlin

Chandigarh, Mar 6 (UNI) Chandigarh Tourism will participate in the International Tourism Bourse (ITB) which begins at Berlin tomorrow.

India is a partner country in this largest annual International Tourism fair, which will be held from March 7-11.

Mr Vivek Atray, Tourism Director, would represent Chandigarh Tourism at the fair. Haryana and Punjab are also participating in the event where nearly five to six million people are expected to arrive, an official statement said here today.

All Indian states and Union Territories would showcase India's rich cultural heritage and tourism destinations to a large international audience comprising of travel trade industry, media, hospitality and business travels.
