Pune: Vijaya Bank shifts branch to Sadashivapet

Pune, Mar 5: Vijaya Bank a prime Public Sector Bank having nearly 1000 Branches in all the States and Union Territories has this day shifted its main Branch at Sadashivapet, Pune - Maharashtra to a spacious Premises for the convenience of the customers and clients of the Bank.

Chikkaveeraiah, Senior Branch Manager, Sadashivpet, Pune.

Addressing the public and clients present during the function, Sri Mallya informed that the Bank is on a fast growth mode and is poised to touch Rs.60000 Crores business by the end of this fiscal. Sri Mallya also informed that the branch which has been shifted today is under Core Banking Systems and the Bank has already brought over 400 Branches covering a business of more than 75% of Bank's business under the Core Banking platform.. He has also confirmed that the Bank has already sought Government and Reserve Bank authorization for opening branches/offices in overseas.
