Man murdered in Nadiad

Nadiad, Gujarat, Mar 5 (UNI) A man was murdered, allegedly by three persons, at Dabhan village near here late last night.

The victim has been identified as Dharmendra Shivji Paswan (28).

He was allegedly attacked by three persons, identified as Ramesh, Satish and Bablu Rao, with pipes and sticks. Paswan was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

According to a complaint lodged by the victim's widow, Leelavati, the three assailants had first beaten up her brother Bhola. Paswan, upon learning about the attack on his brother-in-law, accosted the three. But, he too was attacked with pipes and sticks in which he was seriously injured and later died while undergoing treatment in the hospital.
