HC dismisses petitions challenging ZP elections

Mumbai, Mar 5 (UNI) After the Supreme Court the Bombay High Court has also refused to entertain several writ petitions challenging different aspects of ensuing Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samitee elections in the state.

A division bench dismissed all the petitions challenging different aspects of the elections in view of a Supreme Court Judgment allowing no interference in the election process.
