An SMS can take u near to Subhiksha!

New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) Discount retail chain Subhiksha has launched a mobile-based store locator service called 'Bachat' for consumers to obtain the address and phone number of the Subhiksha outlet located nearest to them.

Customers can type Bachat (followed by their) 6 digit area pin code and sms it to 6161. The customer will receive an instant message on his mobile with the relevant store details.

In case of multiple Subhiksha stores close to where the customer stays, the contact details of all the nearby stores will be sent to the customer.

On the other hand, if there is no Subhiksha store near the area mentioned, an 8 digit help line number will be sent out where the customers can place orders for free home delivery.

The Bachat service is currently available in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam and will be shortly introduced in few more cities like Chandigarh and Agra.
