ABN Amro to buy Pakistan's Prime Bank
KARACHI, Mar 5 (Reuters) Dutch bank ABN Amro said on Monday it had agreed to buy a 93.4 percent stake in Pakistan's Prime Bank for 13.8 billion rupees (7.35 million).
ABN Amro started a due diligence review of the mid-sized Pakistani lender in October last year.
The bank said in a statement it would also launch a tender offer for all remaining shares of Prime Bank.
