JMM MP Sunil Mahto shot, condition critical

Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Mar 4 (UNI) Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) MP Sunil Mahto was shot at tonight allegedly by CPI(ML) activists at Kesharpur near Ghatshila in East Singbhum district of Jharkhand.

Official sources said he was rushed to Tata Main Hospital in a critical condition.

Two of his bodyguards were also seriously injured in the firing.

Sources said he had gone to East Singbhum district to attend a football match where he was attacked by the extremists.
