Lok Adalt decides 579 cases in HP

Shimla, Mar 3 (UNI) Lok Adalat in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh today decided 579 cases under the Motor Vehicles Act.

Out of a total of 1,499 cases brought before the court, it decided 579 cases, an official release said.

It said the next Lok Adalt would be held here on March 17 in which cases under section 138, Negotiable Instrument Act 1881 and Recovery Suits pretaining to financial institution would be decided.
