Two Bangladeshis escape from police station

Basirhat, Mar 2 (UNI) Two people, stated to be Bangladeshis, fled from police station after being apprehended by the BSF from Ghojadanga border along Bangladesh near here in North 24 Parganas today.

Police said the BSF guards reportedly brought two Bangladeshi youths, who were caught from Ghojadanga, to hand them over to the police this morning.

The accused escaped from the police station with hand-cuffs after they were brought to the police station.

Police soon raised an alarm informing all personnel patrolling in Basirhat and adjacent areas about the incident.
