Meghalay a Assembly budget session tobegin on March 12

Shillong, Mar 2 (UNI) Meghalaya Governor M M Jacob has summoned a 19-day budget session from March 12, Assembly officials said here today.

Mr Jacob will address the session on the opening day, while state's Finance Minister Dr Donkupar Roy will present the state's budget on March 22.

The Business Advisory committee has fixed 14 days for the government business, and five days have been kept for private members' business.

The session will complete on April 16.
