Jaya greets Badal on becoming Punjab CM again

Chennai, Mar 2 (UNI) Former Tamil Nadu chief minister and AIADMK Supremo J Jayalalithaa greeted Mr Parkash Singh Badal on being sworn-in again as Chief Minister of Punjab.

In a letter to Mr Badal, a copy of which was released to the press here, she said, ''With your rich experience and wisdom, Punjab will propser and progress under your leadership.'' ''I pray that almighty may grant you good health and many more years of service to the nation,'' she added.

Ms Jayalalithaa was invited for the swearing-in ceremony of Mr Badal. Since she could not attend, she has sent a felicitation message to him.
