DCW to raise funds via GDRs, drops FCCB issue

New Delhi, Mar 2 (UNI) Basic chemicals manufacturer, DCW Ltd today said it will issue Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) upto five to seven million dollars in the overseas market.

The company has dropped its earlier proposed FCCB issue, it said in a statement.

However, the company gave no specific reasons for the decision.
