User charges in Barber shops opposed

Tirupati, Mar 1 (UNI) Sri Raghavendra Nayi Brahmana Sangham today opposed the Andhra Pradesh government's proposed move to impose user charges on barber shops in municipal towns.

Sangham president Y V Ramana told UNI that the move to levy user charges would affect the livlihood of Nayi Brahmins, who were earning through traditional profession.
