Hutch launches billing services in 10 languages
Chennai, Mar 1 (UNI) Telecom major Hutch today launched billing services in Tamil, along with nine other languages.
This is yet another first from the company, aimed at providing more customer friendly billing services.
A company statement said here that Hutch customers could now receive their bills in ten different languages -- Tamil, English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati and Malayalam.
Hutch customers could call the Hutch Care Helpline 111 and request for bills in Tamil or any language of their choice.
They would receive bills in their preferred language from the next billing cycle onwards.
The service would be offered to Hutch customers in Chennai and Tamil Nadu at no extra charge, the release added.
