Hoax call creates bomb scare in school

Surat, Mar 1 (UNI) A school in Ved Road here was today evacuated after a call was received from an unidentified person saying that a bomb has been planted in the premises.

However, a dog squad and bomb disposal squad, which searched the school, found nothing in the premises and it turned to be a hoax call.

The Principal of Akhandanand Vidya Bhavan had immediately informed the city police control room about the call.
