VSP contributes Rs one lakh to zoo

Visakhapatnam, Feb 28 (UNI) Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) today contributed a cheque Rs 1,00,000 for adopting two lions at the Indira Gandhi Zoological Park here.

VSP Personnel Director K A Naidu gave a cheque to Zoo Assistant Curator B Appa Rao at a function as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The amount for maintenance of the lions was given by VSP under the Animal Adoption Scheme.
