Two more bodies recovered from Arabian Sea

Jamnagar, Feb 27 (UNI) Two more bodies of the missing fishermen were brought to the shore by the fellow fishermen who saw the floating bodies off Jakhho in the Arabian Sea last night.

Earlier on last Saturday, Coast Guard, engaged in the search operation of seven missing fishermen, had recovered the body of one of them at 16 nautical miles off Jakhho and handed it over to the relatives after completing legal formalities.

Last night, the fishermen found two bodies floating near Jakhho, had brought to shore and handed over to Okha Port Police. The bodies, identified as Adam Kasam Thalim (39) and Hussain Noor Kohd Jadeja (26), were handed over to the relatives today, police said.

Seven fishermen, who left from Dwarka Bet in the Arabian Sea on February 15 for fishing, were reported missing after their boat capsized in the sea. The Boat owner informed the police and coastal guard on February 20 after he received the information of the tragic incident from other fishermen. Four more persons are still missing in the incident, police said.
