Police SI convicted in bribe case

Shajapur(MP), Feb 28 (UNI) A local court has sentenced two years rigorous imprisonment to Police Sub-Inspector N R Dangi after he was caught redhanded while taking bribe of Rs 5,000 from an accused in a criminal case.

Special Judge Shobha Porwal yesterday also fined the Sub-Inspector posted at Aagar police station for taking the bribe on January 14, 2003.
