Chouhan lauds Punjab, U'khand victories
Bhopal, Feb 28 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party's winning assembly elections in Punjab and Uttarakhand epitomised the victory of the BJP's development politics.
''I express gratitude to the voters of both states. The BJP will perform more vigorously in Uttar Pradesh and form a government there as well,'' the BJP leader said in a statement.
Accusing the Congress of ''anti-people'' policies, Mr Chouhan claimed that the electorate would teach that party a lesson in the 2009 Lok Sabha poll.
