Bank official arrested on corruption charges

Hyderabad, Feb 28 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today arrested Branch Manager of Nagarjuna Grameena bank in Agmotkur village in Nalgonda district on corruption charges.

The accused Prabhakar was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 5000 for sanctioning crop loan to the complainant.

The case was under investigation, according to a release here.
