Sham Lal has left his mark in journalism: President

New Delhi, Feb 27 (UNI) President A P J Abdul Kalam today condoled the death of eminent journalist Sham Lal, stating that he had left his mark in the field of media and journalism.

The former Times of India Editor-in-Chief, who died here last week, was a distinguished journalist with special interest in a variety of subjects ranging ''from movies to books and politics to religion,'' Dr Kalam said in a message.
