Patna, Feb 27 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in Bihar Assembly Rabri Devi today alleged that there was nothing new in budget presented by the state government.

She said that it was a bundle of misleading data to paint the rosy picture of the state.

She said that there was nothing in budget to provide succour to the deprived section of the society.

'' Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi were only engaged in propaganda and publicity'' she maintained.

Chief Spokesman of the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee(BPCC) Prem Chandra Mishra said that nothing concrete had been done in the budget to indicate the seriousness of the state government to improve the power scenario in Bihar.

'' No budgetry provision had been made to modernise the police force to combat the growing naxalites' activities in the state. The government is spending money to provide luxuries to ministers while the people were left to live in the lurch'' he remarked.

Mr Mishra dubbed the claim of Mr Modi as development oriented budget as mere jugglery of data.
