Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) The All India Christian Council today enpressed sorrow that the miscreants responsible for the attack on five Bible College students at Panvel were yet to be arrested.

Ten days had elapsed since the incident but the miscreants were still at large, general secretary of the Council, Dr Abraham Mathai, said.

Dr Mathai said the attack was a case of ''religious terrorism'' and the perpetrators should be booked under stringent laws.

He alleged that the miscreants had not been arrested so far because the local goons ''had the tacit approval of the police''.
