Bose India launches Companion 5 multimedia speaker system
Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) Bose has introduced the Companion 5 multimedia speaker system for computer users who enjoy movies, music and games.
Priced at Rs 21,900, the new speaker system based on the TrueSpace technology will be available at all the 12 Bose retail stores located in some of the metro cities of the country including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad, a company spokesperson informed in a press meet here today.
The company has also updated the Companion 3 and Companion multimedia speaker systems.
The companion 3 system, designed for premium stereo performance, comes with newly designed speakers now pre-positioned on stands with a price tag of Rs 14,000. The Companion 2 system, offering a simple yet high-quality speaker upgrade for computers or portable players, has also been refreshed with a new speaker design.
With simple USB connection, the system turns the computer into a complete entertainment hub, delivering today's multi-channel audio content from just two visible speakers and a hideway Acousticmass module, the spokesperson said.
Interestingly, the new system doesn't require any software installation, sound card upgrade adaptors or even complicated wiring for set-up.
