6 arrested for flesh trade

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Feb 26 (UNI) A flesh trade racket was busted with the arrest of six persons, including four girls, during a police raid here.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Eknath Budhwant said acting on a tip-off, the crime branch police raided a guest house located in city's posh Nirala Bazar locality late last evening after sending four dummy customers to the guest house.

The owner of the guest house Ramesh Ghodke-Patil (27) and his Manager Santosh Jadhav (20) offered the dummy customers four girls after receiving Rs 5,600 from them, he said.

Both the owner and manager along with the girls, two of whom were college students, were arrested and offence under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) was registered against them, he added.
