LT Overseas to acquire Daawat Foods

New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) Basmati rice manufacturer LT Overseas Ltd is planning to acquire Daawat Foods Pvt Ltd.

The company's Board of Directors will meet on March 2, to consider acquiring the equity shares of Daawat Foods Pvt Ltd and making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
