Lalu disappoints Jharkhand : Mahto
Jamshedpur, Feb 26 (UNI) Jharkhand Deputy Chief Minister Sudhir Mahto today resented the "neglect" of the state in the Rail budget.
Mr Mahto told UNI that the overall railway budget was very encouraging and people-oriented, but Railway Minister Lalu Prasad had "overlooked" the interests of the people of the state.
Mr Mahto said being a newly created state Jharkhand should get more advantage than other states, but Mr Yadav had "forgotten" this during preparation of this year's budget.
He urged Mr Prasad to introduce an ambitious plan specially for a small state like Jharkhand soon.
'' We want each and every person of the state gets proper railway connectivity and enjoys facilites like other states, '' Mr Mahto said.
