DPA MPs from TN meet to finalise strategy on Cauvery
New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) The DMK-led Democratic Progressive Alliance (DPA) MPs today held a meeting here to finalise their strategy on the Cauvery issue which will be raised in Parliament by members from Karnataka.
The meeting was chaired by Tamil Nadu Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Durai Murugan, alliance sources said.
Tamil Nadu and Karnataka governments have decided to file review petitions with the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal (CWDT) expressing reservations over its final recommendations for sharing of the river waters.
The details of the deliberations at today's meeting of DPA MPs were not available immediately.
