Woman beaten to death in Manipur

Imphal, Feb 25 (UNI) A 42-year-old woman was beaten to death today after she was abducted by some unknown miscreants today in Manipur.

Police here today said K H Manorama of Khongman in Imphal East was abducted by some miscreants on last Wednesday and later the abductors called her family members informing that the condition of the woman was deteriorating.

When the family members went to Mayang in Imphal, the woman was found dead.
